Course Accreditation and Certification: This training course is accredited by the "DGTA" - The German TA association. When participants have completed both years then a certificate in "TA Coaching and Leadership" will be awarded by the DGTA.

Facilitated by: Uta Höhl-Spenceley TSTA: YTC coaching is run by Uta Höhl-Spenceley. She has worked as a coach, supervisor and Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst since 1994 and has extensive international experience working in Germany, England and Prague and has presented workshops about team development, coaching, powerplays, mentoring... at international TA -conferences.

Transactional Analysts have evolved a broad range of specific theories and methods for working within organisations as coaches, leaders, consultants, for team development and conflict resolution.
