Uta Höhl-Spenceley will offer a TA
training course for the continuing
professional development of coaches,
consultants and leaders.

The
course will provide you with an opportunity to reflect on your
professional practice, to expand your professional skills and techniques as coach,
leader, executive or consultant. Working within organisations, with
individuals and teams using and applying TA theory and methods. There
will be also the possibility for exchange with colleagues and buliding
up professional networking. The training is
focused on the individuals professional and personal growth.
The
workshops include theoretical input,
discussions, supervision and self experience.
Foundation Course

Accreditation: The completete
training course (Foundation and Advanced course) is in the process of
being accredited by the German Association of Transactional Analysis
(DGTA).
If the accredition get through the participants would have
to do both courses in order to achieve a certificate: "Methods of systemic TA for
Coaching, Consultancy and Leadership" from the DGTA.
Independant of the
accreditation proces participants who are interested in their professional and
personal development using TA can take part in only
one of the courses. All training hours will count towards accrediation
as a Certified Transactional Analyst if you plan to be trained and
qualify as a Transactional Analyst.
Based on TA theory the participants of the
Foundation course will achieve an understanding of human personality,
communication patterns and systemic influences in their professional practice.
They will get to know methods which will enable them to improve their
communication skills, contract with costumers, colleagues and staff in an
effective way. The Foundation Course (10 training days)
covers the content of the official 101-introduction Course of the European
Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA) and the participants will receive
an EATA 101-certification after finishing the course as well as a
certificate of attendance. The modules are complemented by peer
consulting. Fee for the 10 days Foundation Course:

Course (12 training days) will have a chance to reflect on their role, their
work-life balance and personal issues, which have an impact on their work. They
will achieve an understanding of and will be able to deal with conflicts, group
dynamics and team development. They will also be able to plan their actions and
interventions more effectively. The participants have the possibility to
achieve an YTC Diploma “TA-Coaching and Leadership Practice”.
If the accreditation process is successfully completed the
participants could also achieve a certificate from the German Association of TA
